I- BEFORE COMMISSIONING

  1. The client must provide all information necessary to complete the commission. This includes any deadline information if you want.

  2. Only accepted USD or MXN.

  3. Only Paypal (Can also acept gift card or steam games that are similar to the commission price but im in full right to decline if i don't like the offer)

  4. The client must pay the 50% or 100% of the commission when i send the sketch! the other half 50% must be paid when i finished the commission. I would send the drawing with a watermark, after i recive the other 50% i'll send the drawing without the watermark!

  5. NO refunds in any case, if you paid already the 50%, i'll just send the colored sketch of the commission. if you paid the 100% im gonna finish it even if im still on the sketch.

  6. I reserve rights to use the drawing for my commission examples / portafolio/ record a speedpaint and post it to my social media.

  7. You are free to tell me to do no post the drawing in my social medias!

  8. I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

  9. In case of commercial purposes will be +100% of the commission final price.

  10. My drawings can not be use for any kind of AI trainning, NFT or any kind of crypto related.

  11. You CAN NOT delete my signature of the drawing.

  12. In case of be used for merch (including prints) must let me know first.

II - DURING THE COMMISSION

  1. In case you want any kind of big modification after paying the sketch or the full price and I already show you the base colors, the first 2 is free. After the 2 free modifications, any modification is +20% of the final price.

  2. If the client wants to upgrade/downgrade their commission while the process, must be before paying the second 50%. If the client already payed the 100% must pay the difference.

  3. Be okay i'll be constantly sending you message for any question i have to confirm you're okay with the process of the drawing.

III - FINISHED COMMISSION

  1. Commissions will be sent to either the client's Discord or e-mail in high-resolution, in the form of a PNG.

  2. The client CAN use the drawing except for commercial uses while that proper credit is given to me.

  3. The client cannot, under any circumstances, delete my signature from the finished piece.

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. If you fail to abide by any of these terms, I will publicly blacklist you from ever commissioning me again, and warn other artists

I- ANTES DE COMISIONAR

  1. El cliente debe proveerme toda la información necesaria para completar la comisión. Esto incluye la fecha límite que desees.

  2. Solo se aceptan USD o MXN

  3. Únicamente Paypal ( Puedo aceptar tarjetas de regalo o juegos en steam que se asemejen al precio de la comisión, pero estoy en todo derecho de rechazar si no me gusta la oferta)

  4. El cliente debe pagar 50% o 100% de la comisión cuando mande el boceto! El otro 50% sera pagado una vez haya terminado la comisión. Enviare la comisión con una marca de agua y después que haya recibido el otro 50% enviare el dibujo sin la marca de agua.

  5. NO devoluciones en cualquier caso, si ya pagaste el primer 50% enviare el boceto coloreado de la comisión, si pagaste el 100% simplemente lo terminare aunque este en el boceto aun.

  6. Reservo todos los derechos del dibujo para mis ejemplos de comisiones/ portafolio / grabar el proceso y subirlo a mis redes sociales.

  7. Eres libre de decirme de no subir el dibujo a mis redes sociales.

  8. Tengo todo el derecho a rechazar una comisión por cualquier razón.

  9. En caso de uso comercial será +100% del precio final de la comisión.

  10. Mis dibujos no pueden ser usados para cualquier entrenamiento IA, NFT o relacionado a crypto.

  11. NO PUEDES eliminar mi firma del dibujo.

  12. En caso se de ser usado para mercancía (incluyendo impresiones) debe hacérmelo saber primero.

II - DURANTE LA COMISIÓN

  1. En caso de que quieras hacer una modificación grande después de haber pagado el sketch o el precio completo y ya te haya enseñado los colores base, las primeras 2 son gratis. Después de esas 2 medicaciones gratis, cualquier modificación será +20% del precio final.

  2. Si el cliente quiere actualizar / degradar la comisión durante el proceso, debe ser antes de pagar el segundo 50%. En caso que el cliente ya haya pagado el 100% debe pagar la diferencia.

  3. Debes estar de acuerdo que te mandare mensajes constantemente para cualquier pregunta que tenga para confirmar que estes bien con el proceso del dibujo.

III- COMISIÓN TERMINADA

  1. Las comisiones serán enviadas ya sea por el Discord del cliente o su correo en gran resolución, con formato PNG.

  2. El cliente PUEDE usar el dibujo excepto para uso comercial mientras que me de los créditos apropiados.

  3. El cliente bajo ninguna circunstancia puede eliminar mi firma de la pieza final.

Al comisionarme estas aceptando estos términos. Si fallas en cumplir cualquier termino, te bloqueare de comisionarme de nuevo y advertiré otros artistas.
